WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO VIEW THIS WEBSITE?To view individium.com at its optimal performance, you will need to use the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox at a screen resolution of at least 1280x1024px. Viewing individium.com using Internet Explorer and Safari is not advisable as it is known to create distortions and displacements of the page layout.
WHAT IS INDIVIDIUM’S SHIPPING RATE?For shipments 2kg and below
first 500g – RM8
add 250g – RM2
For shipments above 2kg
first 2500g – RM32
add 500g – RM4
For shipments exceeding 10kgs, please contact us to arrange for delivery.
DOES INDIVIDIUM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?Not yet. We are still working on our international payment gateway. In the meantime, please contact us to make arrangements for international deliveries.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?We accept most credit cards and Paypal. To make payments via bank transfers instead, please contact us for further instructions.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
- Only unworn, unused items can be exchanged for a different size and or colour within 7 days of purchase.
- Items exchanged must be returned in its original state.
- Items bought during sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.
- No cash refunds shall be entertained for all goods sold.
- Where the value of the item in exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, the customer shall pay for the excess; in other cases, the no cash refund policy shall apply.
- All shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
- Individium reserves the right to refuse any exchange.
- Individium reserves the right to revise, review and accept the terms of exchange.
